By now you should be aware that the corporate mainstream media deliberately refuses to cover stories about white people killed by police. This is especially suspicious, as there are actually more white people killed by police each year than black people. If you don’t believe that, you aren’t supposed to. The corporate media is colluding to keep that reality off the idiot box and out of your carefully controlled mind. Why?
The corporate media instead focuses on black people killed by police, which creates the false impression that black people are killed by police in greater numbers and with more frequency than any other group of people in the U.S. You need only spend two minutes doing an online search to discover the truth.
Worse, the narrative the media presents always revolves around the innocence of the victims, what decent, upstanding people they were. We are meant to believe they were murdered for no reason at all, other than they were simply guilty of being “black in America.”
DOJ statistics show that “in 2012-2013, blacks committed an average of 560,600 violent crimes against whites, whereas whites committed only 99,403 such crimes against blacks. This means blacks were the attackers in 84.9 percent of the violent crimes involving blacks and whites. Blacks are 27 times more likely to attack whites.”
In “The Color of Crime,” the New Century Foundation’s report on differences in crime rates by race, bias in the justice system, and interracial crime, we see that “in 2015, police killings of blacks accounted for approximately 4 percent of homicides of blacks. Police killings of unarmed blacks accounted for approximately 0.6 percent of homicides of blacks. The overwhelming majority of black homicide victims (93 percent from 1980 to 2008) were killed by blacks.”
Clearly, if black lives truly mattered to the BLM movement, they would address the primary cause of black homicide in America: other black people. Instead, they push a hate-filled, violence-inciting, community-dividing narrative that portrays blacks as oppressed victims of institutional racism perpetrated by evil white people. The reality is, there is no evidence of this, and the numbers above tell a completely different story.
Why are most Americans ignorant of these facts? Why does the mainstream media in the U.S. intentionally lead viewers to believe racism and police bias is responsible for the deaths of “innocent victims” like Alton Sterling and Philando Castile?
